The other day we ran into an old friend of ours, female DJ producer and crowd rocker Tatiana Alvarez. She’s a LA to Las Vegas local favourite, who’s listed one of the top 10 female djs in the world.
During the guest mix on the show Tatiana dropped a menagerie of House music styles that moved the studio crew and got the listeners bouncing on their beds around the world on D3ep Radio
Interestingly enough Cuban DJ Tatiana Alvarez says she struggled to get a break in dance music so she created a male alter ego and disguised herself as a man to get her DJ gigs during a time when it was hard to be taken seriously as a female DJ. Warner Brothers has bought the rights to her story and plans to make it into a movie about her life.
